1. Register for USA Import (IOR) Address

2. Ship it, Import it.

Getting your inventory imported is easy with American eBox. We'll mange the customs clearance and act as the IOR on your behalf.

If you need help coordinating the freight forwarding and transportation, we have a team ready to help with all aspects of the transportation including the customs clearance. We can act as your importer of record and we will manage the customs brokerage process for a clean, expedited process.

3. Inventory scanned into eBox account

When your inventory arrives, we scan everything into your eBox account for easy management.

All your cargo is scanned into your account at the time its received, creating an alert that is automatically sent to you along with the details of the shipment. Inventory is inspected upon arrival, checked against the packing list and shipping documents, and details shared with our client.

4. Prep Time!

When you are ready to start your Prep Project, just login to your dashboard, select the inventory to be prepped and complete the FBA Project Request Form.

Doing so will define the scope of work and send your specific instructions to our warehouse to ensure your project is executed precisely as you have defined. Throughout the process we will keep you informed and upon completion we'll seamlessly transfer the inventory to Amazon. Efficient, Fast, Trusted!
